We are a small but effective team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the most vulnerable members of our community.

Thanks to people like you, day in and day out, our dedicated frontline workers provide vital support to individuals at risk or experiencing homelessness.

This year, we are expanding our efforts with the launch of Bristol’s only dedicated Youth Homeless Shelter, Z House. This shelter will serve as a beacon of hope for young people in crisis, offering a safe haven and personalised support for young people, working to fill gap in the provision of targeted youth accommodation in Bristol and prevent a rise in long term homelessness in our city.

Your generosity enables us to continue our essential work, including our proven prevention initiatives like Project Z, which reaches out to young people before they reach crisis point.

Through our Early Doors project, we  work to prevent homelessness by providing invaluable one-on-one guidance, support, and group training to those at risk of homelessness, empowering them to secure stable housing.

Additionally, our Bristol Goods project tackles food injustice head-on, utilising the power of good food to break the cycle of food insecurity and homelessness. Bristol Goods provides nutritious and affordable food that allows our members’ weekly budget to go further. In addition to the obvious impact of the food itself, Bristol Goods provides resources that open up access to advice and support on subjects beyond food.
